Stabilization disruption exercises.........

Has anyone tried this? You need a partner for the exercises to add resistance on your concentric contraction. For instance, you are working on leg extensions and your partner will keep you from doing a positive. You'll use lighter weight than normal and as you weaken your partner will ease up on his/her resistance. When you are no longer able to withstand the resistance, have your partner to release the tension and then try to pump as many reps as you possibly can. It should be at this moment that your stabilizers kick into gear you will rep out all that you can but you may be shaky. This method is supposed to hammer the nervous system and make neurons fire like nothing before. This may be an excellent variation to try sometime. It can be done on dumbbell presses as well or any other exercise if you use your mind to figure out the best way.
