I saw stars floating around my head while squatting today - Anabolic Steroids

It was the strangest fucking thing ever. I normally do 3 warmup sets, increasing the weight each set, then go into my work sets.

Got into my first work set and felt really strong, and was suprised because I keep increasing the weight every week. First rep, no problem. 2nd rep, saw some stars. 3rd rep and there's fucking stars everywhere. I stopped for a second and told myself I was NOT going to pass out.

Did the last 2 reps (3 sets of 5 for squats) and was ok. The next 2 sets went off perfectly.

Anyone have any idea what in the hell would've caused this?

I do this when I get winded on my break out sprints then start yelling check your breathing

you need more electrolytes, but nothing major

I was breathing properly, I think. I make sure I take a few really good deep breaths before squats and deads every single time because I know how much they take out of me. I also make sure to breathe during my squats. Maybe I wasn't the first few today, I dunno.

X - this is the first time it's ever happened to me, and only happened on the first set. I know my blood sugar was decent too, as I drink a shake with oatmeal about an hour or so pre-workout. Been doing this for a while and it works out great. I'm thinking it was more breathing than anything.

What helped snap me out of it was thinking about passing out, the bar slamming the pins, and the hot chick that works at the gym seeing me pale and limp. The last part of that was my biggest fear.
