Deadlift grip questions

I use chalk because we use a slick 2 inch thick bar(appollons axle).I dont use a belt either

I've seen chalk residue on the plates in the power movement area, so I don't think they care in my gym.

We have rubber coated weights for power movements and a little platform with hardwood in the center and rubber on the sides. It's nice actually. If you start losing your grip or just can't pull you don't make too loud of a sound when everything goes crashing down.

Only downside to those rubber coated weights is trying to put the 25s, 15s, 10s, and 5s on. They're the same size as the 45s but thin as hell. I'll use the metal weights after I put 2 45s on. They only have 4 coated 45s, so pretty soon I'll have to throw metal ones on the end.

yeah i use the same grip. no wraps no chalk. i would like to try chalk but its a no no at gym. and no belt.its an over under grip. i can pull 455lbs for 3 sets of 5. ive never tried sets of 1rep. i found as soon as i stoped using wraps like two years ago my grip went way up can shrugg 405 for 6 reps with no wraps.its funny but i cant shrugg 455 with out wraps
