I encourage everyone to use this program, i've been using it for a few years while on cycle especially...it works!

how much have you added to your bench dbbt?

I tried this year's ago, actually a couple of times and I never finished because of shoulder pains. I think more tricep work would be helpful.

i'm currently using the program to jack up my incline bench press. ON cycle and off my weights are different--no surprise there. At the beginning of my current cycle I was at about a 250lb. incline, last week I threw up 280 twice easily when it was supposed to be a negative rep! --and hope to get up to three plates 315 before cycle is over which would be f'n amazing considering how far I've come...it is true that you can get hurt of course if you dont stretch and warm up. I've got a bad shoulder and pec using this program before but it was all my fault...was going too heavy before warming up and what not...i don't follow the weekly workout for other bodyparts that this program suggests --> only chest day, every other day my workouts are targeted for lagging bodyparts...today is chest day again and i plan on killing todays reps again! Try it out!
