good point, before my favorite lift...........that i looked forward too the most was bench..........typical, but when i came back i switched my shoulder press from seated to standing..............it presents a new challenge that i really want to get good at...............some day i'd like to stand there and press 275+ over my head for some repititions. Thats created a new spark from a different angle for me.

I am glad I can motivate you You lazy fuckstain now get in the Gym. and Try Tribestan or Nexcare T3 it helped me so far

Someone probably already said this, but motivation comes from within my man. We've all had motivation problems when it comes to the gym... and if someone says they haven't... well, pat them on the back or they are lying.

Again, someone also probably said mix up your training regime... go in and train to condition your body - it's a differnet kind of challenge than conventional bodybuilding... or you could try some of that powerlifting shit that everyone seems so hip on.

Haha - I ment it as a joke (the PL stuff) - I only add in a few of that schools implements into my own training - kind of hard to train and not use squat or deadlift, however.

Gutt, if you don't want to do it, most likely you won't. No one can motivate you, as C-ditty said, it comes from within. To coin someone else's phrase (can't remember who) The desire to change must be stronger than the desire to stay the same.
