I think as long as you force the muscle to do something it does not do on a regular basis it will grow, it has no choice if you do it and diet the proper way.

yea . Those buggers must be kept under constant quessing what´s going on. They will always try to get used to the stress . When training alone I think that directs the way of training in less stressfull( no all out all the time + forced reps etc) way. I can assure you the older you become the more you willl think about injury free training. Think you ar ein the right path Louie aka soon to be PAPA!

Yeah that is right on. I think HIT programs and even DC's program are revolved around strength than muscle hypertrophy. I did DC for about a year with great results until I just didn't get any stronger. I mean I know we all have limits and I was at them as far as I was concerened and then the injuries started happening and the wearing out until I decided to take a week off and go back to my normal routine.
