Training ?

so if i have been training hard since april and havent changed my routine you think that could be why i have hit a wall? im sure it is but i want some opinions. i have been doing a 4 set 6-8 rep routine for 8 months now, changing exercises but staying with the same reps and sets and just switched to a 3x5 routine so im hoping that gets me through this wall.

Just keep switching up the weights, reps, and sets, eventually you'll find the combo that your body responds to. Good luck on the next level Logan.

thats definately the reason. your body will get used to the same workload and it wont change. you need to start working with the working sets and reps to break through the plateau. i suggest doing some reading on training cycles. try elitefts.com. they should have some great articles over there.

my body seems to respond really well from 3x5 or 5x5 routines, ill use that for a while and switch up in a couple months again.

yea i would just throw something different at your body.
