Zercher squats SUCK

I hate doing them. Unfortunately I have no choice for the next 2 weeks. I'm working out at home and don't have a rack to work with, so my only option for squats is zerchers. Ugh.

Just a ***** to hold the bar that way. Feels like it keeps my back straighter and doesn't allow me much of a chance to hunch over, but the arms don't appreciate it much.

another option would be overhead squats .I can't go very high on weight with them
