Default Godfather's Training Log.

Thought I would Try to start a log.....I say try because I become forgetful and I forget to post sometimes.

Current stats right now, 186, 5"9.......Strength and size should go up a lot, been working out for two weeks after a 6 month "break"

Not on any type of cycle, can't do squats because of past leg injury.

Critiques are welcome

Exercises are in order by muscle group, not by order in which it is done.

very good idea to start a log bro. a warm up at 7.5 for 30 mins hahah. thats high intensity cardio for me.

Legs are a day by themselves for me too.

For a while I was splitting up my legs into two days, I did calves on another day along with shoulders. My favorite exercise for calves is the donkey press, hits my calves better than any other calf exercise I've done.

Loganīs got a point. If I had to do something w legs Iīd do arms . as said you might have a good reason .... Btw if you canīt squat why not pre exhaust quads w leg extensions first and then hit leg press.... Ofcourse you have to start easily after half a year īs lay off. but after a while....

to each his own...i couldnt even consider doing nething else on leg day...i train legs so hardthat i cant even stand after im done....i actually almost fell a bunch of time..my legs start to give out but i save myself everytime and have yet to take the plunge
