sick - should i train today?

last night i started getting sick and i started feeling a sore throat and today i woke up and i had a terrible sore throat and kinda stuffy. my question is should i train today or skip it til sunday?

when im sick i don't train till im feeling 100% again, not worth it........your body will thank you. I'm just returning to the gym today after being sick for almost 2 weeks.

Yeah I do just the opposite bro. If I fell sick I will bundle up with lots of layers and a hat to help sweat it out. I know it isn't gonna really sweat it out but it makes me feel like I did. Now if I am really sick then I stay out, no need cause you need to conserve all your energy for recovery!

Depends if there's any gear involved. If so, then you gotta get the lifting in and skip the cardio. If not, then just listen to your body.
