Default sick - should i train today?
last night i started getting sick and i started feeling a sore throat and today i woke up and i had a terrible sore throat and kinda stuffy. my question is should i train today or skip it til sunday?

im sure most people in here are the same way as you are. Normal people use any excuse in the book to take a day off, but we can be violently ill and still ponder going. I usually think about it two ways, will I be able to do what I normally do in the gym, and do I feel like spreading my sickness to the rest of the gym while I'm working out.

If u decide to train , go lightly for pump. If it feels ok carry on , but should it feel bad ( You know BAD ) halt and go home...
