Time to change the routine... 3 or 4 days/wk?

Right now my friend and I are doing 5 days a week and we want to experiment with less days, what would be a good set up for a 3-4 day week look like?

I´d try the old and tried push - pull split; back + bi´s , chest+ tri´s , legs and on fourth day delts. Happens to be my current split. If you go to three day a week some workouts might become too tough .... I say try the four day first....

Exactly what I do.

yea makes sense to me after all possible combinations over the years. Not taxing bi´s and tri´s on different days and gives tri´s a few days of rest before delts too. plus a day between chest and delts too.
