training program - can not find

hi guys,
it was before a post about the training:
it goes like you find 6 reps max and than drop 20 lbs do another 6 reps and drop 20 lbs and do 6 more reps
please if anybody has a link to it, let me know

Sounds like typical drop set training. I would personally find my max 6 rep weight, then do as many reps as possible for the next two sets. If you really work the first set, I doubt that you will muster six reps on the second set with only a 20 pound drop in weight.
