check out elitefts.com. check out the articles section and let the knowledge flow into you gray matter. i've been doing some form or hybridized version of the westside barbell routine for like eight years now and i still make progress. and you can tailor i to meet your needs, ie;; powerlifting only cool can do. mma works for that too, sprinters,boxers, all kinds of athletes go to westside to learn. if strength, speed, speed strength, starting strength, absolute strength, you get the idea......these guys are the best at making people strong.

Good read that! I really have suffered with benching for years. My weakest exercise by far. I'm going to give this a go and see what happens.
