back training tip...

If you want to really bring out your back, try doing 50 pull-ups first on back day and another 50 pull-ups about 3 days later after your other workout. For instance, I do however many sets it takes me to get 50 pull-ups on Tuesday (normally 4 sets) and then another 50 pull-ups on friday after training legs. Give it a try....you may like it.

Not bad pdogg, i'll have to try that. I'm doing back two days a week but only one of those days are pullups. What do you do to target the lower lat region? Its my weak point right now, i've been doing lots of bar rows and one arm dumbell rows

For my lower lats, I do curl grip pull-ups or pulldowns.

thats a good tip i actually try to do pullups whenever i have time at the end of my workout, you dont have to worry too much about overtraining with them because it isnt a huge overload on your muscles and your body will recover from them quickly
and i still think they are the best back exercise
