i had my chest workout yesterday and on my forth set of incline dumbbell press i ask this guy to spot me. i hammer out 5reps and on the 6th i freeze up halfway. and im sitting there for like 10 sec and as the weight starts to come done and im all fatigued the jackass finally grabs my elbows and throw the weight up . i should of just gave up but i went with it and then he pushes real hard and i almost drop the 110lb db on my head. and from fighting to get it up i pulled something in my back and if phucking kills

I never let anyone spot me in the gym that I don't know, or haven't observed training for a while. Usually guys that have good form and training habits spot well.

one reason why i choose db's is b/c i dont need a spotter. but if i wanna bang out a few forced reps, i'm definately gonna be real selective on who i let spot me. cause as easy as a task like that may seem, alot of people cant lend a good spot at all

yeah the guy i had spot me was kind of built so thats why i asked him. back feels better now

Come to think of it , spotting is easy......how come someone can miss it!
