considering I've not trained legs in like a month....not too shabby....my mp3 player was not working....which pissed me off as I was subjected to the mark anthony garbage playing in the gym....the idiot who used the leg press before me did not unstack his weights...so that pissed me off....and the more soft rock music I was subjected to listen to casue I didnt' have my Korn or Zombie...the more pissed off I got....which is prob why no one came even close to a machine I was working on
