Favorite time to workout?

I'm an afternoon person; after my daily responsibilities are done.

I do however, workout usually twice a day for 5 days: morning and afternoon. I just feel more "into it" in the afternoon. Nights are horrible for me. I don't have the energy or motivation like I do earlier in the day.

Mornings S U C K, but I find my metabolism is faster and I have a better day if I get my butt up and go train first thing...

If I had my way, mid afternoons before the rush hour is the best time...NO ONE is in the gym between the hours of 2pm and 330pm...

For me... the best time to train is whenever the adreneline KICKS in! And that mostly occurs late into the night.

I used to always train first thing in the morning but now I do mid morning as have a little more free time so can afford to. I remeber trying to train evenings at one stage a while back but this really didn't work for me at all.

GH and test levels are at their peak approx. 1hr. after you wake up, but I prefer to wait a few hours.
