What's your favorite time to workout?

I'm on the bike by 5:30 AM .... at the weights by 6:00 AM.

I work full time so I can't work out in the afternoon unless I want to replace my lunch time, but if I had the choice I'd definitely work out around 2-4 pm like when I was in college.

I'm not a morning person. The last time I trained before noon I dropped a 45 lb. plate on my foot. I like to train around 7-8pm, by that time the gym is less crowded and I'm full of energy. I would like training around 3-4pm but from about 3-7 the gym is too busy and crowded. Friday-Sun are my favorite days to train because most people take the weekends off.

yeah, after the evening rush................for me thats anytime after nine pm, or anytime on the weekends..............on days off i like to hit it in the afternoon, i seem to have more energy throughout the day on the days that i train early. Just depends on whats going on i guess, free rain of the gym is always nice though...............i can superset whatever the fuck i want, or go for a drink of water and not have someone jack my shit.

Normally, I would say early afternoon is a great time for me to work out, around 2-3pm. My schedule is kinda hectic though and I've worked out as early as 7am and worked out as late as 2am just before bed depending on what I had to do that day. It does suck that the closest gym for me late at night is a 20 minute drive away though.

I am at the gym by 4 am every weekday, 8 am on Saturday. We got some faithful gym rats that open it up at 3:30 every morning.

I work out at different times on different days because of my schedule. I prefer to work out before I go to bed, especially now that I am back to laboring. so this means that I am at the gym at 5am but if I work out at home it it usualy about 5-6 in the evening before work. today since it is a weekend I wil prolly go in about an hour
