what cup and supporter is best for karate

I always used a hockey goalie cup made by either CCM or Bauer.
The cup was larger, stronger, and fit higher and lower.
You have to try them on over your shorts to see which one fits you the
best.
Go to a store that stocks hockey equipment.

The next best is a boxer's cup. Everlast is a good brand.

Don't waste your money on any other. You'll regret it when kicked.
