Incline barbell raises for shoulders

How do you do those?Straddling a bench with your chest against the upright?

Sitting on an incline bench as you would, if say, doing dumbell presses. It's like doing them standing, minus any possible cheating.

I do them standing and DON`T cheat. That incline would make it a different thing.....

I would think that doing them sitting "normally" would hit the lower portion of the rep more,and if you turned around,it would hit the top more.I'll have to try that.

I've done them face down before, like SYL described. I'm always looking for new ways to hit the rear delts.

what you are doing is simply incline dumbell presses.

It will still hit the front delts................

There's no pressing of anything bro. It's a raise, no press. No elbow movement at all.

Yes, you hit the bottom/middle more than anything. I'll have to do them facing the bench next time and check that out.
