get the best karate sparring gear or karate gear
i have not goten any help here a photo
will not tell me where to get one i did a search on the internet
and there is a lot of stuff there and can you help me pick something out
gloves or mitts,,groin for men,,,head gear karate,,shin/instep,.mouth guard
and please do not make fun of this serius matter o.k.
