While Cutting

If you were to lose a little strength/endurance while cutting would you rather

- Keep doing the same weight but lower the number of sets

- Lower the weight and keep the same technical routine

I think it honestly depends on your goals bro... as long as you're changing it up and not plateauing or anything, i don't think you can make a bad choice here.
