I send the entry form off in two weeks .This is light but an easy qualifier for nationals this year.

Events:

1-Arm over arm truck pull with Hummers (LW men and HW men only)

2-Log clean and press for reps (120lb 8" log for women, 160lb 8" log for teens, 200lb 14" log for LW men, 240lb 14" log for HW men)

3-Tire flip, sandbag carry, sled drag medley.

4-Farmers walk 200' course with 3 turns. 60 second time limit, unlimited drops.(120lb for women, 150lb for teen, 200lb for LW men, 240lb for HW men)

5-stones (54" platform: 5 rocks 145-210lb for women and teens, 6 rocks at 225-240lb for LW men, 6 rocks at 300lb for HW men.)

When and where is it?

it's july 15th up in seattle at a health and fitness type expo.They are trying to turn this event into a "west coast "arnold it gets bigger every year.

Seattle is the farthest point in the continental US from me damnit! I'm gonna be in the Key's for the 4th...wish this was closer so I could come but I'll be with ya in spirit. Hope you get some video to share with us.
