I'd never heard Coleman's voice before. For some reason I always imagined that he would have a lower voice. His voice seems to be only slightly lower in tone that Mike Tyson's voice which seems odd to me. Just as he was climbing into the leg press sled and when he yelled, "Whooooooooooo!" I thought Nature Boy Ric Flair was gonna come out and body slam him.

I like his action before the set and during too. those shouts of his " light weíght! " and "yea buddy"( or something like) sounds just fine. really an act he has worked out well.....

well it proves the point that quads play a very limited role in squats...

on his other vid he squats 850 for like 2 or 3 reps...

if your into body building the leg press is best exercise to thickn up quads for sure .. but for strength they dont play much of a role...
