back to training after 1 month layoff

Been training this week again. It´s my regular easy start after the summer vacation. Light weight , high reps. Stamina for a few weeks. Think I´m gonna concentrate on calves and traps . My upper chest spezialication year has worked fine . I´ll keep that in as well. Nice to be back at it again. Now I can just go by feel and enjoy the sensation of training . Got a power rack so I can do inclines w barbell...... Next step will lbe to get the chinning device in use. Woot :woot

Nah . Still at work. Just talk like I owned the place...... Not many train there though so as a matter of fact it´s almost my home gym .

Back on track again! Feels good to have a weight workout and cardio + sauna all in one workday (before , during and after the shift). Such a funny feeling when seemingly I haven´t loss mass during the hiatus but still I have like no strength at all. Well it´ll come back pretty quick. One week done now ....feels like coming home.:woot

Well that depends. I might change the training devices ( dumbbels , machines etc)of your gym to the sauna of mine..:argh . It´s true the sauna hepls relaxing afterwards. I use it after my workshift is done.
