At work . took a few pics of my "gym" so you can do some comparsion. Gotta go home and sent the pics ..... till then

So here´s my gym.... all 6x3 meters of it. dumbbels are from 0-20 kg´s .... some free weights as well + two barbells. Cybex multistation and cybex sationary bike( both guite good). Sorta squat rack too...... very minimal indeed. The last pic is my source of inspiration during the pain.

Suits my need well enough; I can do all my training at work ( cardio as well) , place open 24 h , free of charge + sauna ofcourse. Need to use my head when training (weights limited need to make it harder w ultra slow motion , pre exhaustion etc) but I am experienced enough.
