Underwater Swimming

Does anyone know anything about this? I've been doing some reading on it, and all I find are articles saying how it should be avoided at all costs.

I know that there's the risk of shallow water blackout which can lead to drowning, but skin divers and Navy SEALS have been doing it for years so there must be a method that works.

There is a method or should I say several methods but I don;t recommend anyone trying them without supervision and a buddy.

That is coming from an instructor and loyal poster. If you can find the right people that can teach it then it is fine but they are fewa dn far between. Most people that claim they can have no experience and are liars, so be wary...

The methods vary but it takes a lot of concentration and it is even more difficult to do it and still remain mobile. You'll notice over the years magicians and such do it but they are usually stationary. Most of it is mental and your body trusting your mind. It is hard to explain over this and even harder to show, lol, but look around, you may find someone that knows what they are doing but like I said, be wary.
