My new chair

I guess this could be off topic or training, but I bought a 65 cm exercise ball as a chair for my computer. I figure I will start working up to being able to sit on this thing for hours at a time, and then I'll bring it to work. I figure this has to be a decent workout to stabilize my core muscles. Anyone else use these things or have any stories?

I have used the ball on my core training . It´s really good , since w it you can reach the deep muscles not touched w regular sit ups or chrunches. to accomplish that you must do several things w your core muscles ( srt of tighthening ) and KEEP that during every rep . I think that same applies for keeping the stability while sitting on it. The less full the ball is the harder it is to use.
However I have NOT used the ball for the way you mentioned....
