I can never get my bi's sore! my chest and tris are usually the easiest for my to make tender, but my chest is probably my strongest and now that my back is getting back in shape I can't ever get my lats to hurt anymore either!

That's an interesting question. For me I guess would be my Bi's but this is also probably the easiest muscle for me to get a pump into. I rarely do much work directly on my Bi's as they seem to respond well to regular workouts without hitting them directly. Occassionally I do hit them and never have soreness afterwards like I would with most other bodyparts. Chest would have to be the most noticeable with soreness. I am always sore after doing chest.

Not to be a smartass or anything but I am always sore, I don't mind it because I know I am working hard.......there are alot of things that will affect soreness such as diet and hydration and timing. If your not feeling the soreness or are afraid you won't see any gains try mixing them into the workout a little more ....don't give them as much rest and see what happens also hit them from different angles never get stuck on the same exercises be creative.

Traps....they just wont get sore but like X said....its my dominant BP.
