what ´s the bpart that´s hardest to get sored for you? I mean do all the parts you train react the same ( get sored day after) or do you have like I a part that almost never is sore afterwards?
for me it´s delts. believe me I truly smash them w all my might and while after wout the pump might be allright , next day and no soreness . same is w bi´s more or less. It´s odd.
the easiest part is tri´s and chest. always sore next day.

Generally its calves for me, you can try to hit them differently with different tempos...but rarely are they trashed. I would wager a guess that muscle fiber type has a lot to do with soreness, as does the frequency that you alter your rep ranges and exercise choice.

words of wisdom mine friend. still it seems no matter what delts aren´t getting sore. ... not that the soreness would guarantee anything. But still I think some sort of sign should be felt of work done afterwards.

It's usually shoudlers for me. When they do get sore, I have hammered them.

try training rear delt first or if you have the time, break front/rear delt up morning/afternoon. can always get rear delt sore, usally tenderise front delt. or you could try not locking out the arms when shoulder pressing works for me. same with bicep curls try 5 upper 5 lower then 5 with a full movement, be careful though as with all hard to hit areas tendons are sometimes hit instead of muscle.

done rear delts first for YRS . It´s a mainstay , since rear is the weaker part for me. Lately I´ve been able to get such(delt) workouts I feel them even next day.
Since I´ve had troubles w shoulders injurywise ( been training over two decades) I do the pressing stuff last. delts are surely warmed up by that time....

If you want sore delts try doing 3 or 4 sets of 20 reps one armed standing barbell press. You shouldn't need any plates on there.( Well, maybe Mr. X might) This is very good for rehabing shoulders as the position the bar takes is not disadvantagous to shoulder integrity. I never do less than 15 reps on any shoulder exercise and of course I emphasise the negative. This is what causes the micro-trauma and hence soreness and adaptation.
