some help please

could someone please tell me some excercises for the chest that use minimal stress on the shoulders. my elbows and shoulders have been bothering me. do you guys its probably becuase im doing my excercises too fast or something. thanks for the help

you can do 1 arm concentration flyes with the cable machine
but pretty much any chest exercise (pushing) will put some pressure on the shoulders...

If you are gonna do bench, try widening your grip.

You cannot eliminate the use of the deltoids from any chest exercise. You can however use the properform to avoid injury. Have your workout partner hand you dumbells or use your knees to kick them up as you roll back into position. Also you need to make sure your movement it not to hasty if you are jerking your way through any exercise your are causing undo stress on the joint. Another tip when you reach the top of the movement do not lock out your elbows in any press movement (either arm or legs) this causes a tremendous stress to the joint and will cause injury.

Dumbell pullovers probably wouldn't bother your joints too much, either.
