Did chest and back today.....

I love doing chest and back. Its a great way to work the whole upper body in a shorter period of time. Its also great for people getting back into the swing of things and getting consistent again.

Tomorrow will be full leg day and Ill have worked my whole body in 2 days. Ill take the weekend off then start Monday and Tuesday the same way, Wednesday will be off, then its time to mix up my split to hit each body part harder.

Feeling good after beiing a lil inconsistent.

do you superset them or do either one first and then another? Arnold liked to superset things in that manner now and then. do it myself when in a hurry or the week is short.

Today I didnt. I took about 3-4 mins between sets because Ive been sporadic in my work outs. If Im in the groove and working out regularly Ill almost always superset them. Makes for a great pump and its a quick thorough workout.

Glad you brought that up.

BTW...from here on out Ill be in the gym like a habit that it used to be. Damn it feels good to get that hunger back.
