what songs do u usually listen to when training?
i mean is it not normal listening to classical music when training as you need something more intense so your mind goes intense as well... so post some of the songs u like to listen when training...

cant stand rap or hip hop, so i listen sometimes hard beat techno, rock like metallica, nirvana, guns, godsmack, but sometimes when i go train... theres a spinning class going on, so they change the music to fast pop and dipshi... like that, by the way theres been a guy for like a week in the gym, he comes and plugs his ipod and shuffles the songs, hes got some great ones so i turn off my ipod and listen to them but sometimes theres just pure shit

For me, it's all about Death Metal when I work out. Decapitated, Nile, Suffocation, Pestilence, Deicide, Necrophagist, and others. I guess you could call me picky, but nothing gets me pissed off and fired up as well as Death Metal does.
