I train bi's and tri's just once a week but I put a hurtin on them....I really push the tri's because they give my arm a fuller look I love a well developed tri. But if you want to release your natural growth hormone do a really good leg day. I will wait to be bashed!

thanks guys. finally after soul searching i found what works for my arms. supersets and dropsets. I trained my arms today with supersets and dropsets and i have never gotten a better pump or fatigued feeling ever in my arms.To answer your question sawadeekrob I want to improve the girth and size of my biceps because I am bulking right now. However, I am thinking about pulling a complete 180 on my training regiment and going with 4 sets of high reps because I have gained all the weight i have desired. Thanks again guys!

Its good to mix it up bro.....going from low heavy reps to lighter high reps will hit your muscles from a different angle.....mixing it up is the key....go to town bro you will see progress!!

If it is the girth then try to use a closer grip on your back day and push the weights high. If you are using any type of grip aid stop and start working on your grip and forearm. When I improved my grip and forearm strenght this translated into immediate bicep strenght.

Also I incorporated a 2nd arm workout with the goal of only getting pump. Supperset the shit out of them up to the point when you feel the pump lessening. You will know what I mean. When you reach that point record the number of sets and reps and for next workouts work below that point, but vary rest periods and change exercises every 3 weeks.

I dont like drop sets personally on account that I loose track of how many reps I was doing and can not maintanin accurate records, but if it works for you then keep doing it!

I thought the supersets and dropsets were working and I have been incorporating a extremely hard forearm workout. How long does it usually take to see a difference in size. I am starting to get a little nervous because my chest and shoulders are running away and i am starting to look like sponge bob square pants
