Incline Barbell
Flat Barbell
Machine flys
dips

Tues. (legs)
squats
leg press
leg extensions/calf raises
leg curls

Wed (off)

Thurs (back)
Lat pulldowns
Bentover rows (i hate these)
T bar rows
pulldowns finishing set

Fri (shoulders)
Shoulder press
standing front dumbell raises
lying rear delt reverse flys
shrugs (heavy 5 sets)

Saturday (Arms)
preacher curls
tricep pushdowns
hammer curls
skull crushers
cable concentration curls
ez bar pushdowns

Sun (off)
