push ups

is it okay to do pushups while trying to gain mass ..im used to doing acouple hundred a night.but i know to gain mass its less reps so what do you think not trying to lose any weight

well I´d say if you´re so in love w them do them as the last move of your chest wout. and try to destroy the chest so badly before you get to push ups you won´t be able to do that many reps .... or you can pre exhaust your chest by doing some major pressing move ( incl. bench , flat bench , dips ..) first and wout any rest hammer on w push ups ...the Ronnie coleman way - continous tension . My 2 euros ...
