Default need a new workout plan for cutting

here is the workout plan i have been on for 10 weeks. I just finished my 10 week cyp cycle and I am going on lipo 6 and winny until my clen arrives. Anyone have any suggestions?

W/O looks good. I'm not convinced changing a lifting routine for cutting per se is of any real benefit. You need to burn calories to cut and moderate to heavy weights done with intensity will do that for you, same goes when bulking. No difference to me. Maybe add a little extra cardio and interval training.

sounds good access, you don't think I will start plateauing though do you? I have been on the same plan for 10 weeks now.

2 schools of thought:

1. Starve the fat (basically eat less than you spend) Not good since you will starve also the muscle

2. Burn the fat (exercise, diet and cardio). Good for burning the fat, but impossible to build muscle.


I am of the old school of thought. Do as minimum cardio as necessary to keep your hear healthy and let the diet and the training burn the fat. The routine looks good. I would just modifiy it for the 1st exercise of the day be a heavy compound move. Use it to maintain your strenght. The rest do them in circuit style or in superset style. Think pump and no rest between exercises. Or take enough rest to catch your breath but do not stop moving, even if you have to walk back and forth between exercises to catch your breath.

Use also morning running for 30 min and you will be happy with your results. If you are taking the gear the muscle loss will be minimum.

Thats a really good idea sawa. Here is what I am going to do:

For my Chest I am going to flat bench heavy and hard.
For my arms barbell curl heavy and hard.
For shoulders and back I am going to military press heavy and hard.
For legs I am going to power clean heavy and hard.

For the rest of my exercises I am going to do a circuit as you suggested.
I think a 30 minute morning run is good, however I have to do stairmaster because I am still on winny and my knees and shins kill me when I run because I have 20 extra pounds to carry The only thing I am worried about is the muscle loss, but I have ordered some clen to hopefully minimize this.
