Adequate protein is number 1 with or without assistance. AAS work by improving the assimilation and retention of protein, so no protein no go. I believe you can tolerate more training while on, but I don't believe it's beneficial. I just discussed this in another thread, but it appears we are all in agreement on this. Group hug?

That's good info guys, good to get some consensus on that. I was wondering wether to step up or what?

i've never used any gear and never been able to lift more than 3 times a week as i just don't recover fast enough...if i did go on the juice i'd stick with that until i assesed if my recovery times were improving and then i might up it to 4...even all the gear in the world couldnt get me to train any more than that..my gym is a good 40 minute walk and i dont drive so i wouldnt get there any more than that
