Injuries...lets talk about em.........

I grew up on dirt bikes. I broke a few bones and had many stitches. It sucks that i busted both knees and my left wrist and from time to time I feel a dull pain from nowhere and sometimes with a change in the weather.
Sucks.
My brother works for Phizer and can get me all the Celebrex I want but I dont trust it and sooner or later they will prove that Glucosomine-Chondrotin is B.S.
Guess i have to libve with the slight but noticeable pain.

left collar bone broke in half @ 15/16 told i would never be able to lift again.

broken left shin, play fighting in back yard @ 12

broken nose @ age 2-3 news paper boys threw stick at me...my mom beat his @ss...LOL

of all thse the collar was the worst and took the longest to recover from. however i proved the docs wrong and was at full swing lifting 1 yr later after that.

They have good aim!!!! Once I broke one leg and a left wrist....at 8 wks with the cast and stabilizer on at 15 I got back on my motorcycle. Just my luck, my dad pulled up early and if i hadnt had 2 broken bones he would have whooped my arse!!!!

only had my both knees operated once ( right one is ok today , left not) , tored supraspinatus from my shoulder ( goodbye normal bench) and some trange pain in my wrist now and then . the wrist is ok at the moment but once I resume heavy barbell curls I´m sure Dr pain will pay a lasting visit...... ofcourse I´ve broken my back/hip numerous times over my 25 + yrs and that means goodbye for squats ( been so almost 15 yrs now). other than this I´m in good health :bigsmile

I have to wrap knees and my left wrist for sure. I thought id never be able to squat but docs say its good for my injuries.(Surgery on right knee) i have to wrap my left wrist when doing heavy straight bar curls.
