flat biceps

hello bros my arms have always been a weak point def not in proportion with the rest of my bodyparts ... my chest is 45.5" my arms are around 16.5" quads are 24.5 the thing is i have no peak to my biceps at all there so flat i mean in compare to my chest my arms should be around 18" rite ?????? got n e ideas fellas?

Peaks are Genetics. What does your workout regimine look like? Maybe you are overtraining your biceps.

or maybe ur bicep training is not appropriate or not done appropriate. For me when i began trainng the bicep was my weakest part, i has big pec, shoulder, but not bicep. One time theres this who showed me how to train bicep... let me tell you one thing bicep are one of the easiest muscle to get bigger. You have to learn to concetrate on ur bicep...maybe its that the problem, i dont know dont take it personel maybe u know how to work out ur bicep....

Peaks are definitely genetically predisposed. My calves are very flat and I have to work them out every workout to make them grow, but my biceps I work out once a week if that and they are disproportionately large to my body.

Peaks on your biceps are NOT genetic. If you want to peak them do sets with a short range of motion starting near the top.

While seated, with a barbell in your lap, pull your elbows backwards and do curls in this range of motion. There are other variations you can use to peak your bicep but this is an easy one for me to describe. You want to favorably work one part of the muscle so it outgrows the rest of the muscle. This forms the peak.

and when you do any exercise for the biceps, really squeeze the rep at the top. Don't just make them cry, make them scream.

After your biceps workout don't touch them again for atleast 4 days.

Preacher curls brought out my overall size nicely. Slight peaks as well.

I´m inclined to more in genetic section. you can do a lot w training , but if you don´t have that "build" or shape hidden in somewhere , nothing will turn your bi´s into Arnold´s . Google Sergio Oliva . he had HUGE arms , but no high peak. think he didn´t TRY enough to get them ....personally I just hate training bi´s . guess do I have good peak?
