Default Overtraining

Ive seen many threads alluding to and talking about factors that lead to overtraining, but cant find one going deep into the topic. Im 12 weeks deep into a 15 week cycle, and I train 6 days per week, with 30 min. cardio 7 days- taking maybe one day off completely every 3 or 4 weeks. My Wouts consist of: 3 day program hitting all groups (incl. supersets), run twice a week, back to back, with cardio only on day 7. I am also switching up excersises trying not to get stagnate. So, based on that, what would be some signs I should look for that Im overtraining- cause I sure dont feel like I am. I know Im recovering quickly from the gear and this is why my muscles arent feeling fatigued, but at the same time, I hope Im not masking symptoms that I really should be seeing.

Hey guys! I have a question. Yesterday in the gym i was having a conversation with a buddy of mine who is doing a cycle of test and deca, he says he gets prone to gyno and has some nolva on hand. He also told me he has 10 ml of masteron at 100mgml, so nothing he can do a cycle with but his question was, can he use it in small amounts with every inject to prevent gyno. I told him from what i remember you need to dose masteron at 400ish mg a week to get its benificial effects after reading on here, but he says the only effect he really cares about is the "no gyno". So could he possibly inject say 75mg a week or so and get any sort of est blocking effect? or would it just be a complete waste for him.

Hey bro I had that same problem when I was on test e 250 and Deca its like i started on body part and burnt out then went to the next by the time I was done with that I didnt feel burnt out again and would just do my workout all over again.

in overall it sounds ok. should you lose the feeling (pump) from muscles while training and or become extremly fatigued right from the start of the wout ...then you should halt things for a while . I hear juice does wonders for recovering , no personal experience .

Hmm! Its my opinion Many people dont overtrain, many just dont eat enough, supplement properly & allow for recovery!..jmo...

If your making gains w/ your routine, I wouldnt sweat it none!
