cant get a back pump - Anabolic Steroids

For every body part accept my back i can get a nice pump. the only way i can get a pump is if i take awhile off then hit the weights again but that aint happen anytime soon. I mix up my training fairly often, always go heavey and strick but no matter how hard i try i seem to only exhuast my forearms/bis way before i can even feel it in my back. Also unlike the rest of my body i dedicate awhole day just to back i dont add in any other body part so i can hit it hard. So i was wondering am i the only 1 cause i have never got a pump in my back like say my legs or chest these parts can send me to the bathroom to puke when i hit these parts but my back nothin.Lastly my lower back does get a great pump from deads but upper back is the prob.

you should feel some in your bi's...when I think I'm feeling too much, I check my form and try to concentrate more..mind to muscle and it seemed to help. I love the back pump. Maybe it's just me but when it's back day I have to pay more attention than usual to strict form and concentrate (mind to muscle) more than usual to get a nice pump.

i agree totally BIG, it definetly requires alot more mind to muscle then any other part atleast for me. Thats why i use a whole day just for that part it seems to zap every last bit of my energy just to feel it but never get the day after soreness which kinda bothered me, makes me feel like im not hittin it hard enough.

When I do back I try to mix it up on a regular basis concentrating on specific areas of the back. There are so many muscles back there it is unreal. I know how you feel though. I still don't feel a good pump every once in awhile.

my grip gives in way b4 my back gets the pump, except with bent over rows, every other exercise my forearms give in first, LAT PULL DOWN, DEAD LIFT even pull ups.

I agree it is hard to gt a good back pump but lately it has come a little easier for me, I think one key is going nice and slow with the reps especially in the slightly more isolation exercises such as pulldowns or cable rows, see how that goes.
