if i can get 6 reps i move to the next weight, this means i train to failure every workout, this may be difficult for people that have other things to do as your always sore. but every day you see an improvement, even if its just one rep more than last time

Training calves is just a habit now. I used to hate training calves but I found that training em light but burning em out between sets of other exercises brought them up.
Also...If I were wearing sweats Id roll em up to where I had to see them which made me want to blast em and get em big!!!!! This is what Arnold did for his calves.
