I think the best thing to do is be static, keep at it. Dont workour intensely 1 week then barely workout the next week. Just keep on keeping on.

There's certainly something to be said for that but at the same time you don't want it to become too "static". As much as we work out you need to change things up a little every now and then to keep the interest up.

Well I used the word badly, I ment be static as in go everyday, stick to your plan. Ofcourse you need to mix your actual workout up after x amount of weeks, but first you need to be there.

Yes i agree with that you have to have some sort of commitment

I think being consistent is the biggest thing consistently eating a good diet, consistently training at the right intensity, consistently getting enough sleep etc you get the picture.

Excellent point. Many think theres something magic that they need to learn that will give them the size, strength and definition that they desire. When the main thing IMO is consistency.

Yes, consistency is a much better word to use.

Thanks guys as you say Gator, people will ask "but how do you get to look like that" they think it should just happen but it's doing the hard consistent slog that get the results nothing magical about it.
