Straps or no straps!!??!!

Genetics is clearly the key here.

i use straps on heavy shrugs and deadlifts only. and i RARELY use a belt. only one super heavy squats and deads.

No straps. If something is lagging then it just lags more if you use straps. Those other muscles will get their workout once the grip catches up.

in my personal experience ive trained with starps and without and do believe that straps can be very useful when they are implemented correctly and not relied on like she devil said. and personally I dont use straps until my forearms are too taxed but my back still needs work. thats just me though
