Workout Critque

Hey guys so I finally started my cycle that i have been waitn 4. Dont have all the gear that I was looking forward to having but none the less Im taking 750 mgs of test E for 12 weeks and as soon as my anadrol comes in I will start with it for 4 weeks and possibly some tren. Anyways for you who dont know Im an mma fighter i got a huge fite in january and needing to put on much strength. I dont always have access to a gym so i came up with this miltary style workout to increasde strentgth. Please critque all info if you, it would be greatly appreciated.

Monday

3 sets of weighted push ups to failure
3 sets of weighted pull-ups to failure
2 ab excersises 3 sets appeice

Thursday
6 sets of pushups weighted
6 sets of pullups weighted
abs 8 sets of 2 different excercises.

Saturday

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 weighted squats

All every min on the min for twenty mins.

try doing some strong man lifts if you dont have a gym. sounds like alot of gear to be using for not having a strict weight routine going on but thats on you. anyway look at the world as your gym, log presses can be done with almost anything, stone lifting or sandbag lifting or even an old military duffle bag filled with sand. you could do sledge hammer work with a 10 or 20 pound sledge hammer hitting an old tire or whatever you can find, medicine ball throws and push ups or slamming it into the ground. google combat conditioning, body weight conditioning, strongman training, use your imagination. best of luck

That looks terrible for the gear your using. Just terrible. You need more research before you juice and before you fight this guy. Id put it all on hold.

Naw you see thats the shit that pisses people off gator. Man I came from a large city in miami florida to be exact I currently live in zwolle la. That aint a gym till u get to nachitoches la which is about 45 minutes. Now it hard for a 45 minute drive a kid and a women and hold a job dont ya think. I just moved here about 3 weeks ago and that when i started here at is for help cuz I knew you giys would help. Seriously ive seen stronger and faster guys not lifting weghts in my sport because u always get hurt and i promise i know guys that could out lift u on any day and they only do those excersises. I asked for critqueing before you just off and think ur a know it all. I would aprrecaite constructive critism and not people downing me in this very hard situation that i am facing.

In my opinion I fell that this training is not sufficent to support your cycle.Its a big cycle especially if your throwing anadrol in. The workout just seems weak in terms of what could be done or more to the point what needs to be done. If you cant find time do train properly then i wouldnt personally start a cycle especially this cycle.If you cant get to a gym then at least buy weights and a bench of your own.The workout needs changed to get the best reults of your cycle and increase strength.This is what i think anyway.Good luk in the fight bro.

Thanks for the feedback bro and i apprecaite it very much. my traininer is here in town I have every bag medicne ball and glove andpad aviable that i can find i figured an old fashioned military program mite do sum good if the reps where between 8 and 10 with weight. any one have suggestions?

Changing this to an every other day workout with 3 sets of push ups an abs excercise and pullups. going to be different variation each workout. with weight added on all excercises. Think this mite look a lil better for you guys to help me with. If you dont like it say and fix it the way you would do it please.

I just think you need more variety as oldmma mentioned and like you just more per week. Try also changing the way you do an exercise such as with push ups. Do close, shoulder width, and wide push ups and the same with pullups. It will hit different areas of the same muscle incorporating other stabilizing muscles in different ways. Also try dragging something up a hill such as a sled while running as fast you can.
