Bicep Tendon Repair

Well after having my second bicep tendon repair(right arm this time) in less than 18 months i just had my cast removed and next week start the rehab process. The first one was hard on me, i was depressed, drank alot with my pain meds and felt i was looking at a road ahead that might not lead me back to my former self....and i was right, i was actually better than i had been before, then as soon as i felt like i was just where i needed to be i torn my other bicep loose. But this time it was really no big deal, i continued to train, using one side, a safety squat bar and some well placed nylon straps. my training partners at my dojo also have numerous rug burn looking scabs all about their bodies from my cast rubbing them. My point is this, the only thing different with the second surgery was my ATTITUDE! I have only been out of the cast for a few days and im already two weeks ahead of where i was the first time because kept going one armed and didnt just lay on my A$$ feeling sorry for myself. I have about 4 months worth of rehab and am looking to fight again in april, and this time im actually looking forward to not only the destination but the journey there. When i was in the Army i met a man in Egypt who was an old body builder from the GOLDEN ERA(muscle beach,arnold,davedraper,etc.). And he had this little phrase he'd say all the time to the point of being annoying: WHEN THE WILL IS STRONG, EVERYTHING IS EASY. Thanks to all of you for your advise and knowledge, it is appreciated and maybe this run on post can help someone as i've been helped
