Here is an interesting question for ya'll. Because of my job and the rotation of my shifts I have a unique split, was wondering what your thoughts were on it. I am on a 9 day shift rotation at my job and work 24 hour shifts. On my work days I have no access to a gym and need to concentrate on cardio basically, or body weight excersize.

Days in bold are the days I am at work.

Day 1 - Rest

Day 2 - Chest / Triceps

Day 3 - Cardio / Abs / Pushups

Day 4 - Back / Biceps / Forearms

Day 5 - Cardio / Abs / Pushups

Day 6 - Delts / Traps

Day 7 - Cardio / Abs / Pushups

Day 8 - Leg Day

Day 9 - Rest

PM - Abs, lite cardio (i.e. 30 min walking)
Tues AM - Back/Bis
PM - Abs, lite cardio
Wed AM - Legs
PM - Traps, Delts
Thurs - Rest
Fri AM - Arms, Delts, Abs
PM - lite cardio
Sat AM - Legs
PM - Abs, Lite Cardio
Sun - Rest
....repeat....
Currently this is what Im doing, Ive found that about every 10 to 11 weeks I have to switch it up, my body gets static to quick and I have to shock it constantly to grow

Fri - Chest/ Tri's
Saturday - Back/ Bi's
Sunday - Cardio/ Abs

This is the routine I am currently using. However, I am also a big proponent of the push/pull routine and I am constantly switching exercises and reps from week to week to keep my body off-balance.
**I always incorporate the big three (Bench, Squats and Deadlifts) into my weekly workouts as well**

Monday: Heavy Squats, light deadlift or Cleans, Rev. Hypers & single leg work
Tuesday: Heavy Bench, light OH work, Pull ups and Rows
Wed: Rest
Thursday: Heavy Deadlift, light Squats or F. Squats, Hypers and single leg work
Friday: Heavy OH work, light bench or close grip, Chins and Rows
SAT/SUN: sleep
