does anyone Superset??? whats ya favourite combination to really burn the muscles???

just what ever ya muscle group ya realli feel benifits from supersetting ... i would superset bi's and tri's and chest and lats sometimes

heres my arm work out.

Biceps

3x barbell curls - first set

2x superset crazy sixes with preacher curls

3x supermans with gorilla curls

Triceps

3x skullcrushers

3x superset overhead extensions with tricep pushdowns

3x weighted dips with dumbell kickbacks

first component of superset is usually heavy whilst second component usually occurs until failure

nice thats sexy ... i work my guns on a friday ... today i did...

tri dips.... 3 sets of 10 and then 1 set to failure
skull crushers... 5 sets of what ever weight i fancy on the day
kick backs.... 3 sets
pull downs ... sets of 8-10-12-14


seated dumbell curl 5 sets
Standing barbell curl 3 sets
standing overhead cable curls 5 sets
concentration curl 4 sets

Superset dips and standing barbell curl
spuerset repeat until failure

Superset hammer curls with skull crushers

i find supersets work better if ya work pushing and pulling muscles .... like the the bicep contracts ( pulling ) the tricep extends ( pushes ) so i find it better hitting muscles like that in " pairs "

nice one...im a firm believer that size for arms are built in in chest and back exercises. arm day for me is all bout gettin the shape and the cut thats why i prefer supersettin all the way

i try and keep my technique atr all times so im not hitting another where else .... i change this all the time but for a while there my routine was...
monday-legs
tuesday-back
wednesday-chest
thursday-shoulders
friday-arms
sat -cardio or circuits
sunday offf

i throw ab workouts in there to and some cardio but i was hitting my shoulders good and proper as the chest haddent fully recovered and was generating alot of pain and discomfort in shoulder presses and rasies and stuff so i had to swop the days around a little and wont be doing that combo again

monday chest - with some tricep isolation

tuesday back - with some bicep isolation

wednesday - legs and abs

thursday - shoulders

friday arms

Cardio every other day, weekend usually g-friend and ps2 time wen not working

I used to do supersets on my arms but didnt really like it.My friend has saw great reults with supersets.I just focus on one muscle group a day now.Suits me better.
